Accepting these terms

Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Changes to these terms

These terms change from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.

What this site is for

This site describes the work DGxC does and the industries it does it in. It is background reading, not professional advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as advice for a specific situation.

Nothing published here is an offer capable of acceptance. Reading a page does not create a contract, and no page forms part of one. Work DGxC takes on is governed by a separate signed agreement for that work, which sets its own terms.

Using the site

You are welcome to read the site, and to print or save pages for your own reference. Please do not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, to the servers behind it, or to any connected system
  • interfere with how the site runs, including by introducing anything malicious or by placing an unreasonable load on it
  • copy, scrape, or republish the site in bulk, whether by hand or by automated means
  • use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing
  • use the site in any way that breaks the law

The contact form

The form on the contact page is for enquiries about the work described on this site. Please keep the details you enter accurate, and please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through it.

Sending the form starts a conversation and nothing more. It does not commit either side to anything. The privacy policy explains what happens to the details you enter.

Content and intellectual property

The text, images, layout, and code on this site belong to DGxC Limited or to whoever licensed them to DGxC. Client names, logos, and project material appear with the permission of the organisations they belong to, and remain theirs.

Quoting a page with attribution, or linking to one, is fine. Copying the site, or a substantial part of it, for commercial use is not.

Some pages link to sites DGxC does not control. A link is not an endorsement. DGxC is not responsible for what those sites contain or for what they do with your information, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.

Availability

The site may change, move, or become unavailable at any time, and pages may be updated or removed without notice. No promise is made about uptime, and access may be withdrawn or restricted where that is reasonable.

Privacy and cookies

The privacy policy explains what personal information this site collects, what happens to it, and what rights you have over it. It also describes the analytics the site runs and the cookie banner that controls it.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as it is. Reasonable care goes into keeping it accurate and current, but it carries no warranty that the content is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.

Descriptions of past projects describe those projects. They are not a prediction of what a similar piece of work would produce elsewhere.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, DGxC Limited is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it.

The site is written for a business audience. If you use it as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in this section.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Getting in touch

Questions about these terms can go to hello@dgxc.digital, or by post to the registered office above.
