Pricing - Predictable costs through constant change

Your business won’t stand still, and neither will the systems behind it. People change, processes evolve, dependencies update and new requirements emerge. Sometimes those changes collide.

We connect, support and keep improving the systems behind your business with Intelligent Middleware and pragmatic agentic AI, so the technology keeps up with the business at a predictable monthly cost.

The monthly price includes hosting, monitoring, software licences and AI model usage, with no charge per user. It also covers support, upgrades and new development. Anything too big to fit in a month gets its own quote, agreed before any work starts.

How we deliver - What the monthly price pays for

Each piece of work goes through the same six stages. The first works out what needs fixing, and the last trains the people who will use it. When the business changes again, the cycle goes back to stage one.

  1. Discovery

Map how the business runs day to day: the spreadsheets, hand-offs and workarounds, and where the time goes.

  2. Planning

Agree which problem to solve and how to measure success. Then plan the build around the way people already work.

  3. Activation

Set up secure, containerised environments and connect the existing systems, ready for a quick proof of concept.

  4. Development

Build in short steps and show each one before starting the next. The work can be middleware, an app or custom AI. Use AI only where it helps.

  5. Testing

Test each build with real data and workflows. The people who will use it try it before it goes live.

  6. Onboarding

Train the people who use it and hand over the documentation. Then the cycle starts again with the next change.

Every engagement starts with a £3,500 audit

Taking on a system means reading it first: what it runs on, how it connects to everything around it, and which parts of the business rely on it most.

The fee is the same whatever the audit finds. It produces the size band, the risk list and the first month of work, so nothing after it is a guess.

The longer the term, the lower the rate

Rates are per month. A longer term costs less because the work can be planned further ahead, with upgrades and new builds scheduled around your calendar.

Monthly cost by system size and length of term. The rate falls as the term lengthens.

A term fixes the rate. What the team works on inside it is agreed month by month.

What a year costs

A Medium system, two or three services connected, supported and extended for twelve months. The rate stays fixed for the year, and the audit comes once, at the start.

Built by someone else?

That is most of them. The audit exists to map what is there, and it costs the same either way.

Just need one thing built?

A fixed-price build with nothing ongoing after it is quoted per project.
